From first call to a plan

No long commitments, and no guessing what happens next. Here's what working together looks like, step by step.

The process

  1. Intro call

A free 30-minute call. You tell me what's going on, and I tell you how I'd approach it. If I'm not the right person for what you need, I'll say so and point you elsewhere.

  2. You decide

There's no pressure on the call. Afterwards you choose: coaching or consultation, a single session or a package. If you're unsure, I'll recommend what fits. Then we agree what we'll work on and how many sessions it takes, and I confirm it by email.

  3. We work together

50-minute online sessions, every one to two weeks: enough time to try things in between, and close enough to keep the momentum. Each session starts from what happened since the last one.

  4. You leave with something real

A decision you can stand behind, a plan you can act on, and a clearer picture of what drives you at work. If you did the assessment, you keep your results report.

What a session looks like

What happens

  • We start with what's changed since last time, and what you want from today
  • We work on it: in coaching mainly through questions, in consultation with more of a psychologist's input
  • We finish with a next step you chose

What you bring

  • A topic. It doesn't need to be clear or polished
  • A quiet, private space where you can talk freely
  • A stable connection, with your camera on

Not sure which you need?

Coaching

You know roughly what you want, and need help getting there.

About coaching

Consultation

Something is getting in the way, and you want to understand why.

About consultations

Still not sure?

That's what the intro call is for. We'll work it out together.
